4 ways to enhance Self-Care

Good day to you.

  1. Talk to someone and enhance mental health

  2. Exercise regularly 

  3. Pet an animal (Luckily, I have a parrot who is my life) 

  4. Look at the sky (I am more of a Moon lover at heart – We live by the sun and feel by the moon)
