Santa’s naughty list

All the ingredients listed below can be found at your local Woolworths, Checkers or local food store. If not? A quick email or google search will suffice. Enjoy! 🙂 

Christmas Cookie Jello Shots

Ingredients: 1 cup of water; 2 unflavoured packets of Gelatin; 1/4 cup of Butterscotch liquer; 5/8 Irish cream

Directions: Place cup of water into a bowl. Add the packets of Gelatin into bowl and wait until dissolved. Place the bowl contents into a pot over low heat and stir well. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients into the cooled Gelatin. Pour the mixture into souffle cups and allow a bit of headroom (DO NOT FILL THE CUPS) Place into fridge for approx. 2 hours. End off with whipped cream and Christmas sprinkles.

Holiday Jello Shots

Festive Punch

Ingredients: 1 frozen orange juice; 1 frozen lemonade juice; 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail; 356 ml of vodka; 2 litres of 7UP juice; ice cubes; cranberries* optional. 

Directions: Place all the above into a large bowl, adding ice cubes and cranberries for garnish.

Eggnog Delite

Ingredients: 6 eggs; 1/3 organic sugar; 3 cups milk; 1 teaspoon of vanilla; half a teaspoon of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of nutmeg

Directions: Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk. Add sugar, milk and cream and mix well. Place all into a pot over medum heat and whisk well until it is thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour all the above into a serving bowl and place in fridge overnight!
